Membership:
Open to families with young children 0-8 years in Boxborough and surrounding
communities. After a period of inactivity, BFN was reorganized in the summer
of 2006. BFN membership has
grown now to over 60 member families with over 100 children! BFN membership
allows your entire family access to BFN events throughout the year as well as
a copy of our eNewsletter published every other
month. Our membership fee is just
$20 per family for a year of membership from August thru September. Additional contributions are greatly
appreciated to help grow the organization and as we are a 501(c)3 non-profit they are tax deductible to the extent
allowed by the law. Join Now: Our
membership dues are $20 annually.

Agreement and photo release as party of the membership form. It is important that you sign these

Hardship Scholarships are available Membership forms may be emailed to Boxboro_family@hotmail.com or
mailed to PO BOX 867 Renewals: Invoices will be emailed each
