Membership
Membership: Open to families with young children 0-8 years in Boxborough and surrounding communities. After a period of inactivity, BFN was reorganized in the summer of 2006. BFN membership has grown now to over 60 member families with over 200 members. BFN membership allows your entire family access to BFN events throughout the year as well as a copy of our eNewsletter published quarterly. Our membership fee is just $20 per family for a year of membership from October thru September of the following year. Additional contributions are greatly appreciated to help grow the organization and as we are a 501(c)3 non-profit they are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the law.

Please note there is a Hold Harmless Agreement and photo release as part of the membership form. It is important that you sign these for us! Then contact membership@boxboroughfamilynetwork.org. Welcome!
Membership forms may be emailed to membership@boxboroughfamilynetwork.org or mailed to PO BOX 867 Acton, MA 01720. We accept cash, personal check or PayPal (below). We also accept credit cards through PayPal.
Renewals: Invoices will be emailed each year in August.
Pay with PayPal*: You can also renew or join online by clicking the Subscribe button and using a credit card. Please note that there will be a $1.00 PayPal service charge added to orders processed through PayPal. Thanks!
